Athlone Community Radio 88.4fm will celebrate its First Birthday Next Saturday January 14^th 2012,

After a very successful year of broadcasting on a full licence, we will be celebrating our birthday with an Open Day for the public at our Studios in Parnell Square from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

Come along and join in the fun on the day and get a chance to see behind the scene operations at your community radio station. All are Welcome.

Athlone Community Radio broadcasts to Athlone and surrounds on 88.4fm and online on http://www.athlonecommunityradio.ie, Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm – 8pm.

Athlone Community Radio 88.4fm has won numerous awards during the past year with the latest in October 2011 when they won 2 Craol Achievement Awards.
